-10 dumbbell or barbell pushpress
-10 air squats

WOD “Carne Asada”

A)
15min AMRAP:
-500m row
-25 alt. dumbbell snatches (no higher than 50lb)
-25 pushups

B)
3 sets:
-45 sec plank
-20 sit ups
